Privacy policy
Vittora is built so that we never see your financial data. This policy explains what the app stores, where it lives, and the choices you control. The short version: your data stays on your devices and in your personal iCloud account, and Enerjik Tech ("we", "us") collects none of it.
1. Who we are
The Vittora app and this website are operated by Enerjik Tech. You can reach us at [email protected] for any privacy question or request.
2. What we collect: nothing
Vittora has no user accounts, no sign-up, and no server operated by us that receives your data. The app's Apple privacy manifest declares zero collected data types and zero tracking domains. We do not collect, receive, store, sell, rent, or share your personal information or your financial records — because they never reach us.
3. Where your data lives
Everything you enter in Vittora — transactions, accounts, budgets, savings goals, debts, split groups, tax profile — is stored in a local database on your device. The app is fully functional offline.
If you enable iCloud sync, your data is additionally stored in the private database of your personal iCloud account so that your own iPhone, iPad, and Mac stay in sync. That data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple, is tied to your Apple Account, and is technically inaccessible to us. Apple processes it under the Apple Privacy Policy and your iCloud terms. You can turn sync off at any time in the app or in your device's iCloud settings.
4. Face ID and Touch ID
If you enable App Lock, authentication is performed entirely by the operating system. Vittora never sees your biometric data — the app only receives a success or failure result from iOS/macOS.
5. No ads, no trackers, no analytics
The app contains no advertising, no third-party analytics SDKs, and no trackers. We have no advertising-based business model and nothing in the app phones home about your behaviour.
6. Imports and exports stay under your control
CSV import reads files you explicitly choose. CSV export writes a file that you decide where to save or share. Neither operation sends anything to us.
7. Deleting your data
You are always one action away from a clean slate:
- In the app: Settings → Data → Delete All Data permanently erases your local database (and, if sync is enabled, the synced copy in your iCloud private database).
- On your device: uninstalling the app removes its local data; iCloud data can also be managed from iOS/macOS Settings → Apple Account → iCloud.
Because we hold no copy of your data, there is nothing for us to delete on our side — and no deletion request you need to send us.
8. This website
This is a static informational site. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The only thing it stores in your browser is a local preference for light or dark mode, which never leaves your device. If you email us, we use your message solely to respond to you.
9. Children
Vittora is not directed at children, and since the app collects no personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
If we ever change how Vittora handles data — for example, if a future optional feature involves a service operated by us — we will update this policy, change the date above, and describe the change plainly before it takes effect. The commitment that we do not sell your data will not change.
