Vittora vs MoneyCoach

MoneyCoach is an Apple-first budget app. Vittora is also Apple-native on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch, with Apple Watch, Year in Review, and optional Vittora Pro tax estimates for five countries. They sit in the same neighborhood. This page does not rank price, ratings, or feature count.

MoneyCoach

A budget-centered Apple app. Many people pick it because it feels native and stays on Apple devices.

Vittora

A private ledger with category budgets, Apple Watch capture, Year in Review, and no bank login. You enter or import CSV. Optional sync uses your private iCloud.

Apple Watch and Year in Review

Both apps support Apple Watch entry. Vittora also includes a Year in Review story; amounts stay hidden by default when you share it.

Widgets

Home Screen, Lock Screen, and StandBy widgets are static snapshots. You review them; expense entry happens in the app or on Apple Watch.

Tax planning

Tax estimates for India, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada are part of Vittora Pro. The profile stays free. Estimates are educational, on-device, and not tax filing software. See tax planning.

Who each fits

Both can work if you want an Apple budget. Choose Vittora if Year in Review or Pro tax planning is part of what you need.
